You may purchase merchandise from this Web site by using any one of the payment options listed in (link to Payment Options). Pretty Girl Grind LLC reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you. No returns or exchanges unless there is a manufacturer defect. You have 2 days to exchange the defected item or receive a store credit for the defective item.  If the package is returned in opened condition, there is a minimum 10% restocking fee. 20% restocking charge on ALL RETURNED GOODS FOR CREDIT after 2 days.  Claims for any damage must be made within 2 days upon receipt of merchandise and all items returned for credit must be in the original packaging with all parts included. No store credit is issued after 15 days. Shipping and handling are non-refundable. (Including but not limited to all refused and unaccepted packages.)
